Lead Pastor
Bart is the founding and lead pastor of Flatland Church. He is responsible for creating and casting vision, as well as overseeing a growing teaching team. Under Bart’s leadership Flatland Church has continued to achieve its vision of inspiring people to move closer to the center of God’s Kingdom where real life transformation happens.
Integrator
Jen oversees our staff and is responsible for translating the church’s vision into monthly, weekly, and even daily steps. Jen helped found the church with her husband Bart in 1996 and has been integral to the church’s success since day one.

Josie leads our finance, donations, membership, and support departments. She also oversees the care of our facilities and vehicles.
Director of Worship
Zach leads our worship, tech, and creative arts departments.
